This is perhaps the most typical wine of Vallagarina, where it has found its ideal habitat in the dark basaltic lands of Isera.
The colour is ruby red, the nose delicate; on the palate it is full, harmonic and balanced.
Food pairing
It offers an excellent accompaniment to pasta and rice dishes with mushroom sauces, white and red meats and cured meats and salamis, served hot or cold.
