Isera 907 Rosé - from Marzemino grapes - is the Cuvèe Spumante Rosé of Cantina d’Isera.
It was created as an expression of the harvest and rosé vinification of the Marzemino grape, an indigenous variety typical of these hills. With a fine and persistent perlage and a very fine crown, the nose reveals elegant fruity notes reminiscent of cherries and small berries with hints of pomegranate and currants in the second taste.
On the palate the texture is very refined and enveloping and re-presents the fruity sensations present on the nose. Pleasantly soft with a very fine perlage, it closes with notes of blackcurrants.
Food pairing
To be enjoyed as an aperitif or in combination with dishes that express a prevalent fattiness, try it with a dish of polenta and cotechino.
