Sauvignon is a grape variety of French origin that has found its ideal habitat in certain micro-areas of Trentino.
Cultivated on our hills at about 450 metres above sea level, on terraces of glacial origin consisting mainly of gravel and calcareous sands, Sauvignon Novecentosette succeeds in expressing character and personality.
Food pairing
Recommended gastronomic pairings are fish and shellfish crudités, oysters, but also more
elaborate baked or grilled fish dishes and
asparagus side dishes.
